We’ve updated our procedures to ensure safety for patients and staff during this COVID-19 recovery period.

• When you book an appointment, you will be emailed a COVID screening form / consent form. We ask that you complete these BEFORE coming to your appointment. We will contact you if there are any concerns.
• Upon entering you will be directed to the sanitizing station to sanitize your hands.
• Your temperature will be taken prior to coming into the treatment room.
• NO ADDITIONAL FEES. We do not charge any COVID-related fees.

Here’s what we’re doing to ensure your safety:

• All Bayside staff are screened daily to ensure we are free of COVID symptoms.
• Infection control has always been a top priority. We have implemented measures beyond our college guidelines to maximize your safety.
• We are limiting the number of patients in the clinic at any time to ensure safety for all of us.
• Our HVAC systems ensure the air is 100% exchanged and filtered every hour.
• Appointments will be staggered to maximize social distancing.
